HOW TO SMUDGE

1. LIGHT THE TIP: Light the tip of the smudge stick/bundle, and let it burn briefly before gently blowing out the flame.

2. START WITH YOURSELF: Guide the smoke around your body using hand or a feather from heat to feet.

3. MOVE THROUGH THE SPACE: Walk slowly around the area, letting the smoke rise.

4. SMUDGE SLOWLY: Smudge slowly, allow the smoke to linger on objects or in corners.

5. EXTINGUISH PROPERLY: Snuff out the smudge stick completely. Don’t leave unattended.
